Goodbye post for Raum jsk :(

gobelin_angelI wanted to write a goodbye post for this Miho Matsuda jsk so here it is (╥︵╥)
it's called Raum Jsk & it's by the brand Miho Matsuda from the year 2003. https://lolibrary.org/items/indie-miho-matsuda-raum-jsk
I've also seen a cutsew & a skirt with the same print for sale on Mercari but never ended up getting either of them, though I have some regrets about not snapping up the cutsew
I decided to sell it for two reasons, one major one & one more minor one, the first simply being the fit & the second being that I was struggling with different ways to coord it
it's a lovely dress with the subtle asymmetric hem and the flocky print featuring a trio of figures is just adorable. I really like the tiny crooked umbrella one of them is holding
I wanted to show some of the coords I did with this jsk to commemorate her time with me so here goes
this was the first proper coord I did with it. I kept it fairly simple & comfy because I was taking a trip to the city & would be on my feet most of the day. I paired it with an Angel Fish velvet bolero, a velvet & raschel lace bag from Spica, my suede RHS from Tokyo Bopper & some lace stockings that I don't remember where they came from
The next coord was this. I never ended up getting a full photo of it but I think I wore it with sheer black stockings & my black cross strap shoes. I layered a Timeless Trends over-the-bust corset on top of the jsk & wore a lace choker with a cross pendant, armwarmers by Marble plus the same headdress as before. I loved the silhouette but felt way too shy to actually go anywhere in it so I literally just wore it around the house
this is the last coord I'd like to show. I'd taken an ugly mirror selfie so took the opportunity to do a very ott & fuzzy edit. this time I wore white bodyline rhs, a (presumably Meta) raschel lace headdress, a Spica bag with a small crown charm, the same Marble armwarmers as before but pushed down & a pearl necklace I doubled over and pinned with a Black Peace Now crown brooch
I'm happy with all the coords I did with Raum Jsk because I do love me some elegant coords with a hint (or two) of ero. I think I struggled with it because I was unable to layer blouses underneath it due to how tight it was over my bust. it is a lovely piece & I'm glad it's going to someone who's style I admire ♡♡♡
